Show up. Stay a little longer. Leave a little lighter.

You don’t have to be running on empty.

Maybe your workday ends, but your mind doesn’t. Maybe you’re looking for connection that isn’t another meeting, networking event, or group chat. Or maybe you’re simply curious about trying something different.

You don’t need to reach a breaking point—or know how to meditate—to make room for yourself.

Grateful & Grounded

Before calendars fill, routines change, and family dynamics test your inner calm, give yourself space to prepare from the inside out. Grateful & Grounded is an immersive holiday reset blending breathwork, meditation, gratitude, affirmations, and restorative Sound Healing. With Silent Wellness headphones bringing the guidance directly to you, the practice feels personal—even in a shared space. Together, we’ll take a gentle journey inward, moving beyond everyday mental chatter to notice the feelings, beliefs, and familiar patterns that often sit beneath the surface. It’s an invitation to explore your inner world with curiosity, not pressure to reach a particular state. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to support your body in settling and finding a steadier rhythm. From there, guided meditation invites you to quiet the mental noise and make room for gratitude and personal affirmations—without forcing yourself to feel a certain way. We’ll finish with a restorative Sound Bath, giving you space to rest, hear the layers of sound, and notice any vibrations or sensations you feel. Along the way, you’ll practice creating space between what happens around you and how you choose to respond. You’ll leave with personal affirmations and practical calming tools you can use before gatherings, during overwhelming moments, or anytime you need to step away and reset. What to Expect • Silent Wellness headphones for a more immersive, personal guided practice • Gentle breathwork to help your body settle • Guided meditation to quiet mental noise and turn your attention inward • Gratitude and personal affirmations without pressure or forced positivity • A restorative Sound Bath to explore layers of sound, vibration, and stillness • Practical calming tools to use throughout the holidays No prior experience is required. Every practice is optional, and you’re encouraged to participate at your own pace.
