Winter Wind Down

Winter Wind Down is a cozy, guided experience designed to offer a pause from year-end demands. Join Calmbination for 90 minutes of gentle Breathwork, grounding Meditation, and an immersive Sound Bath—with space to rest, reflect, and move at your own pace.

We’ll begin by settling in and exploring comfortable, unforced breathing, then ease into a guided Meditation before resting with the sounds of singing bowls and chimes. We’ll close with quiet integration and a simple practice you can carry into the rest of your season.

There’s nothing to perform, solve, or achieve here. No prior experience is needed, and you don’t have to feel any particular way. Choose a seated or lying-down position, keep your eyes open or closed, and take breaks whenever you need.

Before you arrive

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and yoga mat. Also include a pillow, blanket or eye mask if you would like.
