This waiver covers all Calmbination offerings — sound therapy, breathwork, guided meditation, life coaching and retreats. These practices support relaxation and wellbeing; they do not replace medical or mental health care. Please read and acknowledge each statement below.

I am participating voluntarily and understand these sessions are wellness practices, not medical treatment or therapy.I release Calmbination, its facilitators and Co-Lab from liability for any injury, loss or discomfort arising from my participation.I have disclosed any medical condition, injury, medication or pregnancy that could affect my participation, and I will stop if I feel unwell.I understand I may step out of any practice at any time, and I will follow my facilitator's guidance during the session.

Breathwork health declarations

Breathwork changes your breathing pattern and can be physically intense. All items are required before joining a breathwork session.

I confirm I do not have an untreated respiratory condition (severe asthma, COPD, recent lung surgery) that would make breathwork unsafe.I confirm I do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure, a heart condition, aneurysm history or a recent cardiac event.I confirm I do not have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, and I am not pregnant or within 6 weeks of surgery.I understand breathwork can cause tingling, light-headedness or strong emotion, and I will pause and breathe normally if it becomes too intense.
