Tune In to Tranquility: What is Sound Therapy or Sound Healing?
We believe there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution to stress, which is why we offer restorative sound healing as a core part of your personalized "formula for calm." Sound healing is a modern wellness practice that uses tonal vibrations to help you "quiet the noise" of a busy life and recalibrate your internal state.
Instead of just another "life hack," this immersive experience works with your body’s natural rhythms to shift you out of overwhelm and into a strategic foundation of peace.

what to expect
- 01
Mindset Recalibration
We begin with a guided meditation designed to quiet the "monkey mind." This practice helps you stay committed to your goals and master a mindset of success by shifting your focus from "I can’t" to "I can learn."
- 02
Restorative Sound Bath
Transition from the high-momentum "fight-or-flight" response into a deep state of equilibrium. Using specific tonal frequencies and vibrations, we help you slow down the emotional momentum of stress before it spirals.
- 03
Harmonic Reintegration
As the session concludes, we guide you through a gentle reintegration process to bring your brain waves back to a regulated state. This ensures you leave the practice feeling grounded and centered, having moved from a state of disequilibrium to a solid, strategic foundation of peace.
when is the right time for a sound bath?
Navigating Significant Transitions
If you are redefining your identity or learning new skills during a career shift, sound healing supports you through the uncertainty of accommodation—the process where old mental “boxes” are replaced by a new understanding of your potential.
Facing "Change Amnesia"
When you are at a breaking point and feel the urge to backtrack into old, comfortable habits because of fear, a sound bath can help you push through the change cycle.
Overcoming Burnout
When your energy is zapped by the 45% of your day spent on "autopilot" repeated behaviors, sound healing serves as an intentional "wake-up" to your conditioning.
Building a Strategic Foundation
Choose this practice when you are ready to stop trading your time for active stress and start investing in a strategic foundation of calm.

What happens during a sound bath?
You arrive, settle onto a mat, and lie down fully clothed while crystal singing bowls and other instruments play sustained tones. A short guided meditation opens the session and a gentle reintegration closes it. Most people leave feeling like they had a deep rest.
How long is a sound healing session?
Group sound baths typically run 60 minutes, including a short guided meditation at the start and a gentle reintegration at the end. Private 1:1 sessions are usually 60 to 75 minutes and are tailored to what you are working through.
What should I bring and wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you can lie down in. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow if you have them, plus water. Mats are available at most group classes if you cannot bring one.
Do I need any experience with meditation?
No. Nothing is required of you but to lie down and listen. Sound healing is one of the easiest entry points for people who have tried meditation before and found it hard to sit still.
How much does a sound bath cost?
Group class pricing is listed on each session's page on the events calendar. Private sound baths and corporate sessions are inquiry-based — every quote is custom to your group size, location and add-ons. Request one through the quote request form. Private sound baths require at least 72 hours' notice, and guests complete the one-time waiver at calmbination.com/waiver.
