- Rentals start at $250 flat for up to 20 binaural headsets. From 21–50 headsets it is $250 plus $10 per headset over 20, and from 51 headsets up it is $550 plus $8 per headset over 50. Delivery, an on-site audio technician and extra channels are optional add-ons.

- Yes. Pickup at COLAB in Uptown Charlotte (330 E 7th St) is free. Delivery anywhere in Metro Charlotte — Uptown, South End, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, Dilworth, Ballantyne, Matthews or Concord — is $125, and the Lake Norman area including Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Mooresville is $175.
- How many headsets can I rent at once?
- Anywhere from 1 to 100+ units. We run a three-channel system, so large events can broadcast up to three simultaneous audio feeds from one transmitter fleet.
- How long is a standard rental?
- The standard window is 24 hours from handover. Late returns are billed $50 per day until every unit is back on site, and you have a two-hour inspection window after handover to report any damaged or missing unit.
- Do the headsets arrive charged and sanitized?
- Yes. Every Retekess binaural headset is sanitized and fully charged before handover, with roughly 20 hours of battery life, plus charging cases and backup batteries on larger orders.
- Do I need a permit for an outdoor silent disco in Charlotte?
- Because the audio plays only inside each guest's headset, there is no ambient sound spill — which is why parks, greenways, rooftops and office atriums across Charlotte approve sessions that a PA system could not run.
- Can you run the audio for us?
- Yes. An on-site audio technician is $85 per hour with a two-hour minimum, covering setup, live channel mixing and pack-down. Instructors who prefer to run it themselves get a plug-and-play walkthrough at handover.
