Silent wellness questions, answered
- What is a silent disco sound bath?
- Every guest wears a wireless binaural headset, so the singing bowls, 432Hz tones and facilitator's voice arrive directly in their ears — no PA, no echo and no competing with street noise. It works in a park, on a rooftop or in an office lobby.
- Where in Charlotte do you host silent wellness events?
- Our home base is COLAB in Uptown Charlotte, and we regularly run sessions in First Ward Park, along the South End rail trail, at NoDa and Plaza Midwood markets, in Ballantyne corporate campuses and at Lake Norman retreats and weddings.
- How many people can join a silent wellness session?
- Sessions scale from 10 guests up to 200 with the same in-your-ears presence, thanks to a three-channel broadcast and a 100+ headset fleet.
- Can you co-host with my yoga or breathwork practice?
- Yes. Under the Silent Resonance Partnership you teach the class and we supply the headsets, broadcast and on-site tech — either on a revenue share or a flat preferred facilitator rate.
- Can we book a private or corporate silent session?
- Yes. Private groups, birthdays, brand activations and corporate wellness days all book the same way — tell us the venue, guest count and date and we build the quote around it.
