stress management coaching

Charlotte, NC · virtual or in person

Stress is not the problem. An unmanaged stress response is. Most of the professionals we work with are competent, driven and running hot — the pressure is not going away, so the goal is a system that lets you carry it without it carrying you.

Stress management coaching is a structured 1:1 engagement: we map where pressure actually lands in your week, build a short set of nervous-system tools you can use in real time, and keep adjusting until the practice fits the calendar you really have.

the framework

Four phases, run in order and revisited as your season changes. Nothing here requires you to leave your job, wake at 5 a.m., or believe anything in particular.

01

Map the load

We inventory your actual stressors — the calendar, the relationships, the recovery gaps — and identify which ones are structural versus which are habits of response.

02

Regulate in the moment

You learn a small number of breathwork and grounding tools that work in under five minutes, at your desk, before a hard conversation, or at 2 a.m.

03

Restore the baseline

Sound therapy and guided meditation lower the resting level of tension you have normalized, so you are not starting each day already at capacity.

04

Make it repeatable

We build the routine, the cues and the check-ins that keep the practice alive after the sessions end — including what to do when you fall off.

how this differs from burnout recovery

They are related, but they start in different places. If you are unsure which one you need, that is a fine question to bring to a first conversation.

Stress management coaching

Proactive. You are functioning but running hot, and you want a system that keeps pressure from compounding. Focus is on capacity, tools and sustainable pace.

Burnout recovery

Restorative. Something has already given out — energy, motivation, health. Focus is on rest, rebuilding and re-entry, at a slower pace, before capacity work begins.
